EH - Surface Mount Hinges

Designed for permanently mounted installation, EH Hinges can accommodate doors and frames with hinges mounted either at right angles or on the same plane.

• All styles permit full 180 degrees rotation of door
• Thread-stud styles feature concealed hardware for vandal resistance and better aesthetics
• Countersunk installation styles permit blind hole installation as well as nut and bolt installation on door panels and frames of virtually any thickness
• Offset hinge style features offset pivot for maximum enclosure access and allows full 180 degrees range of door opening even in closely spaced enclosure applications
• Multi-piece configuration of the offset hinge style also allows independent installation of frame leaf and door leaf
• Stainless steel hinge pins to provide added corrosion protection

Available Options

• Available in chrome, black powder coated, and custom-color powder-coated finishes
• Several configurations available in 316 stainless steel construction
• Black nylon, a new offering for lighter duty applications are versions of our popular EH-6A series 50 mm square hinge

Standards and Specifications

• Provide maximum axial and radial working loads ranging from 1330 N (300 lbf.) to 5000 N (1120 lbf.)
